Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://g-d.com website (the "Service") operated by DAM Graphics LLC, dba Graphics+Design ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Goods and Services

Graphics+Design provides custom graphic design services, digital art assets (e.g., logos, social media templates), and printing and/or signage services for collateral and promotional materials.

All products and services are described on the relevant pages of our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without notice at any time.

2. Payment and Billing

A. Payment Processing

We use Stripe for all payment processing services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as they may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of us enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize us to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

B. Purchase Currency

All prices are displayed and transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

3. Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery Policy

A. Digital Goods/Services (if applicable)

Upon successful payment, digital goods are/will be delivered immediately via a download link provided or sent to the email address provided.

B. Physical Goods/Printing

Shipping/Delivery: Physical products can be picked up upon completion or will be shipped/delivered via courier, USPS, FedEx, UPS. Shipping/Delivery costs will be calculated upon completion.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all physical items purchased from Graphics+Design pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Refund and Return Policy

A. Custom Graphic Design Services

Due to the custom, subjective, and labor-intensive nature of graphic design, all sales for custom design services are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced. We commit to revisions as detailed in your specific service agreement.

If design services were paid prior to commencement of work, a refund may be requested. Once the initial draft or concept is delivered, a refund is limited to a maximum of 50% of the total fee to cover administrative costs and time spent.

B. Digital Products

Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

C. Physical Goods

Returns are accepted only for physical goods that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us at output@g-d.com within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement once the damaged item is received and inspected. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size or buyer's remorse.

5. Cancellation Policy

A. Custom Service Cancellation

You may cancel an order for custom services without penalty if you do so within 24 hours of placing the order, and before any work has commenced. If you cancel after work has commenced, the refund policy in Section 4A will apply.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Graphics+Design and its licensors.

For custom work: Upon final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive/exclusive license to the final design as detailed in the separate Service Agreement. Graphics+Design retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
